- Forbes Farmers' Markets - Every fourth Saturday of the month, local farmers and producers gather at Victoria Park to sell their fresh produce, homemade jams and preserves, and artisanal crafts.

- Forbes Truck Show - The Forbes Truck Show is a showcase of big rigs and other heavy vehicles, held every year on the first weekend of November. Visitors can admire the trucks on display, enjoy live music, and take part in a range of activities and competitions.
